Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at spear Africa Shop. We take great pride in our handcrafted Kenyan artistry, including our beaded leather sandals and authentic accessories. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all original tags and accessories included.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2.New, Defective or Damaged Items

In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at store@spearafricashop.com with:

  • Details of the product.
  • A description and/or photo of the defect.
  • we wll also refund new products incase they dont meet your sizing or quality

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Note: Any amounts refunded will not include the original cost of shipping.

4. Shipping for Returns

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item; we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handmade and often unique pieces of art, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that show visible signs of wear or use.
  • Customized or personalized orders (unless defective).
  • Sale items (unless defective).
